Zoom Adobe plugin makes it easier to export files with specific presets and have them automatically synced in your Zoom repository. The exported asset could also be added to a collection.
The feature is available through the following Adobe applications: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
Some export presets are available by default in the respective Adobe apps.
You may also add your own custom export presets using the Web Management Console.
Log into the Web Management Console as an admin. Open Plugin node in the Admin Menu sidebar. Open Export Presets page under Adobe Plugin node.
Select the preset file to be used by clicking Browse. Enable the preset by selecting Enable. Select the corresponding Adobe Creative app for the preset. Enter a name for the preset and click Submit to create a new custom preset for export.
This new preset will be available in the chosen Adobe app as soon as the Exports tab is reloaded (moving to another tab and coming back to the Exports tab).
