Due to a limitation in the Adobe API, when you sync an After Effects project with none of the columns in the project panel sorted, footage items may point to incorrect media files. To fix the issue, click “Revert project” and then “Resolve Links” from the plugin menu. To avoid the issue, always keep the After Effects project panel sorted based on any column that you prefer.
