As of Zoom 7.3, it is possible to automatically receive updates from the LDAP Server regarding the changes in existing user accounts as well as the addition of new users.
In order to do this, you need to specify Auto Pull Frequency in the LDAP Server Settings inside the Web Management Console. Follow these steps:
- Log into the Web Management Console as an administrator. Open Server Control Panel page under System node in the Admin Menu sidebar. Click LDAP Server Settings on this page.
- Specify the value for Auto Pull Frequency in days. The minimum value allowed is 1 day. Click Save.
- Click Yes in the confirmation prompt to allow the server restart so that the values are implemented.
Zoom Server will now automatically pull user information from the LDAP Server as per the interval defined here.
