If you have installed Zoom Server version 7.2.1-RELEASE.58-2ec101478 and use Zoom NonStop, then you would need this patch to fix the HADR Server issue. Follow these steps to apply the patch:
- Download the patch jars on all Zoom NonStop (HADR) servers (as shared by Support).
- Stop the Zoom-server and HADR-File-server services on all HADR servers.
- Backup the current jars and product-info.xml in %ZOOM_INSTALL_DIR%\lib\zoom\ to a separate directory.
- Copy the patch jars to the above location in point 3.
- Start the Zoom-server and HADR-File-server services on all HADR servers.
- Setting the default time zone value:
- Open the Zoom Web Management Console > Server Control Panel > Repository Settings page.
- Set the “Default Time-Zone for Input Dates” to the required value. This default time-zone will be used to understand input dates when no time-zone information is specified.
- Enable the individual Zoom Server auto-restart settings as required on all HADR servers.
- Optionally perform the above steps 1-5 on the Preview-server and Curator-server machines. This would not require all HADR servers to be switched off at the same time.
