You can rename / move / delete / resurrect / archive / restore any asset in Zoom without worrying about breaking linkages. The entire history of any asset imported into Zoom repository will be preserved and all the references to this asset from myriad places like collections or tasks or workflows will be retained irrespective of renames or moves.
In the asset browser, you can search for the concerned file or folder and locate it. On clicking the asset of interest, the bottom panel will show you the history of revisions undergone by the asset with details of who did what, and when.
